Farnborough Airshow is looming close and the Seasoned Events team are working closely with Farnborough International to put together the final details for this years massive event. As with any event of this scale planning is the make or break of its success. The site is a hive of activity with hundreds of contractors working to build the 5 exhibition halls and the many bespoke chalets.
The whole Seasoned Events team have been working towards the show for months. Executive Chef Darren Deadman has designed his own kitchens and created the Menus for the nine operating areas, which will service approximately 2000 covers full Hospitality and up 5000 covers in the Café Bistro each day.
Sam from Jobs2Go has been recruiting 3 days a week for the last few months to source locally most of the 300 staff needed for the show.
Seasoned Events have applied for four separate premises licences and reserved over 8,000 bottles of wine,1,000 bottles of champagne and enough soft drinks and water to fill 3 articulated lorries!
The delivery schedules are being agreed working closely with the hand over times for each of the areas and a 17.5 tonne lorry has been drafted in to bring the equipment.
As the show gets closer it is a case of doing all the pre-flight checks dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s ready for takeoff!
